Echo Farm STORAGE provides outdoor storage for boats, tent trailers, travel trailers, motorhomes and 5th wheels.
Outside storage customers typically fall into two categories:
Category 1

Storage required only for winter season with no access.
In this case, we have the following times allocated for storage item drop-off & pick-up: |
SATURDAYS from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
in the Fall & Spring.
If necessary, alternative arrangements can be made.

2012 Fall Drop-Off
For winter storage, storage items can be dropped-off any Saturday between the 3rd Saturday in September and the 3rd Saturday in October. Dates to remember for 2012, Saturday's between September 15th and October 20th.

2012 Spring Pick-Up
Storage items can be picked-up any Saturday between early/mid April
(when things become dry) until the middle of May. It is necessary to
call one week in advance to ensure your storage item is accessible. Last day for pick-up in 2012 is Saturday May19th.

Category 2

Storage
required year round or for part of the year with access privileges. In
this case, storage customers are provided with an access mechanism and
must sign an Access Agreement. Customers are allowed to access the
storage facility as follows:

- Spring / Summer / Fall - 7 days per week, from 7 am to 9 pm
- Storage
items can be accessed during the winter months if discussed in advance
with Echo Farm STORAGE so snow plowing arrangements can be made.

- Outdoor
storage is charged on a monthly basis, paid in advance, usually for 6
or 12 month intervals. Price is primarily based on type and length of
storage item
- Storage
Agreements are required for all storage items. Customers are
responsible for providing their own insurance as we do not provide
insurance
- Our outside storage
facility is set-up to accommodate all sizes of trailers and
recreational vehicles. For larger units, designated spaces are
identified with concrete curbs. All storage spaces have more than
adequate space to allow for easy parking
- We strive to keep all outside storage areas neat and tidy
